Refund Policy

Public Sessions

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however if appropriate notice is given you can reschedule without penalty, as per the policies below:

We understand that unexpected events can happen, and we want to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to refunds. We are a small business and late notice cancelations can hurt us.

Our refund policy is as follows:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled session. We can then book you into a future session or offer a credit for use later on.

If you do not show up for the session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will not be able to provide a refund or rescheduling option.

If the class is cancelled by the studio due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the option to reschedule for a future class or provide a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is received.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Private & Corporate Events

Deposits ($600)

Deposits paid are non-refundable.

We can offer a reschedule/ change of date at no extra cost if a notice of 14 days is provided.


Final Payment:

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

We do not offer refund/credit in case any cancellations are made after the final payment.

Incase of cancellation due to COVID restrictions, the event can be rescheduled to our next available date at no extra cost.
